TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD TAURUS. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO START THE IGNITION, THE VEHICLE HESITATED AND FAILED TO START. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO GERALD JONES FORD LINCOLN (LOCATED AT 3480 WRIGHTSBORO RD, AUGUSTA, GA 30909, (706) 309-6445) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL PUMP MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 104,150.
