Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 RAM 2500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V021000 (STEERING). THE CONTACT STATED THAT HILL-KELLY DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM (LOCATED AT 6171 PENSACOLA BLVD, PENSACOLA, FL 32505, (850) 972-2050) EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION, THE CONTACT BELIEVED THAT THE RECALL REMEDY WOULD PREVENT PROPER ALIGNMENT. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
