TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 DODGE DART. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO SHIFT AND REMAINED STUCK IN THE NEUTRAL GEAR. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V293000 (POWER TRAIN). THE CONTACT STATED THAT LEITH AUTOPARK (LOCATED AT 5310 ROLESVILLE RD, WENDELL, NORTH CAROLINA 27591, (919) 366-7000) EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND STATED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE REPAIR. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
