Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT STAY IN THE PARK POSITION. ALSO, IT TOOK NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO START THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 17V821000 (POWER TRAIN) AND NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V160000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIRS. THE CONTACT HAD BEEN WAITING FOR RECALL PARTS FOR THREE YEARS. HADDAD DODGE RAM (3000 HARRIS RD, BAKERSFIELD, CA 93313, (661) 398-0264) WAS CONTACTED AND CONFIRMED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,000. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
