Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 RAM 1500. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO REVERSE OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY, THE POWER STEERING SEIZED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO MARK DODGE (3777 GERSTNER MEMORIAL BLVD, LAKE CHARLES, LA 70607) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENTIRE FRONT END NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED ON JANUARY 23, 2018. ON MARCH 28, 2018, WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE STEERING ABILITY SEIZED AGAIN. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE SAME DEALER WHERE THE FRONT END WAS REPAIRED AGAIN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 45,958. *BF *JB
