TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 KIA SOUL. WHILE DRIVING, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO GRIECO KIA OF DELRAY BEACH (LOCATED AT 2255 FEDERAL HWY, DELRAY BEACH, FL 33483) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT A FAILURE CODE COULD NOT BE FOUND. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TECHNICIAN UPGRADED THE ECU MODULE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED FOR THE ACCELERATION FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 13175036. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 104,000.
