Consumer Description

2016 FORD F350 ENTIRE REAR WINDOW EXPLODED UPON ENTERING VEHICLE AND SHUTTING DOOR (DOOR WAS SHUT NORMALLY, NOT SLAMMED). SHATTERED GLASS LANDED IN BED OF TRUCK WITH A FEW SHARDS LANDING IN THE BACKSEAT OF THE EXTENDED CAB. THERE WAS NO REASON WHY THE REAR WINDOW SHOULD HAVE EXPLODED. TEMPERATURE / WEATHER WAS A CLEAR DAY APPROXIMATLY 69 DEGREES.
