Consumer Description

MY 16 YEAR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER WAS DRIVING HER BMW WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN A MESSAGE POPPED UP ON THE SCREEN TO USE CAUTION AND TAKE THE CAR TO A BMW SERVICE CENTER FOR SERVICE. SHE IS A NEW DRIVER SHE COULD AT THAT TIME COULD NOT DRIVE OVER 20 MPH. SHE WAS TERRIFIED. WE CALLED FOR A TOW AT HER REQUEST. WE SENT FOR HELP
