Consumer Description

TODAY, 5/1/2019, MY CAR'S REAR SPRING SNAPPED. THANKFULLY I WAS GOING SLOW AND IT DIDN'T CAUSE AN ACCIDENT. HOWEVER, THE REASON I'M REPORTING THIS IS BECAUSE THE FRONT SPRINGS WERE RECALLED FOR NOT BEING COATED PROPERLY, BUT THE BACK SPRINGS WERE NOT AND IT SEEMS TO BE THE SAME TYPE OF PROBLEM. I WAS DRIVING LESS THAN 25 MPH, BRINGING MY FRIENDS KIDS TO THE BUS STOP AND I HEARD A LOUD SPRING POPPING BANG NOISE AND FELT IT UNDER MY CAR.
