A YEAR AGO, I WENT TO PERFORM THE YEARLY INSPECTION FOR THIS CAR AND IT FAILED THE READINESS TEST. THIS YEAR WAS THE SAME (REF. NYVIP2 RECORD NUMBER [XXX]- FACILITY-APPLE AUTO & TRUCK -#7098325-PHONE [XXX]. IT WAS SUGGESTED BY THE TECHNICIAN TO RUN THE VEHICLE FOR 70 MILES AT OVER 50 MILES AN HOUR STEADILY. I BELIEVE IT SHOULD BE A MORE EFFICIENT WAY TO CORRECT THIS SITUATION WITHOUT DOING THIS. FOR SAFETY REASONS, DOING THIS IN NEW YORK IS NOT AN EASY TASK. I NEED YOUR HELP.
