Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CADILLAC SRX. AN INTERMITTENT NOISE WAS HEARD WHILE TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL IN EITHER DIRECTION. THE FAILURE OCCURRED MOST OFTEN WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE IN COLD TEMPERATURES. CABLE DAHMER CADILLAC OF KANSAS CITY (1151 W 104TH ST, KANSAS CITY, MO 64114, (855) 420-1315) WAS BEEN UNABLE TO DUPLICATE AND DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30-35,000. CONSUMER ALSO STATED THERE IS A PULLING, GROWLING NOISE WHEN MAKING TIGHT TURNS IN WARM WEATHER ON HIGHWAY.
