Consumer Description

WHILE SITTING PARKED IN A PARKING SPOT AND ENGINE RUNNING THE HEADREST DEPLOYED WHILE MY HEAD WAS AGAINST IT. THERE WAS NO COLLISION WITH ANY OTHER VEHICLES OR OBJECTS. IT CAUSED MY HEAD TO FLY FORWARD AT AN ACCELERATED RATE CAUSING NECK PAIN AND A MASSIVE HEADACHE. THE NOISE WHEN IT DEPLOYED WAS EXTREMELY LOUD AS IF SOMEONE TOOK A BASEBALL BAT TO THE BACK OF THE HEADREST. WHEN LOOKING INSIDE AFTERWARDS THERE IS BROKEN PIECES OF PLASTIC.*DT*JB*JB*DT *TP
