Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE TRAILER HITCHES WOULD NOT LATCH. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BERGSTROM FORD OF OSHKOSH (3355 JACKSON ST, OSHKOSH, WI 54901, (920) 238-3417) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRAILER HITCHES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND ADVISED THE CONTACT TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 72,000.
