Consumer Description
TRANSMISSION FAILS TO DOWN SHIFT AFTER ACCELERATING IN TRAFFIC. RPM LEGAL 2200 RPM AT 40 MPH FOR OVER A MILE BEFORE DROPPING TO CORRECT 1200 RPM FOR THAT SPEED.
