Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 GMC ACADIA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ENGINE FAILED TO START AND SEVERAL MESSAGES ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL, INCLUDING THE SERVICE TRACTION CONTROL AND ENGINE POWER REDUCED WARNING INDICATORS. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT CALLED WEST PAT O'BRIEN CHEVROLET (440-249-6296, LOCATED AT 25100 DETROIT RD, WESTLAKE, OH 44145) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 59,000.
