TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 KIA SOUL. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND AN ABNORMAL NOISE WAS HEARD. THE CONTACT CONTINUED DRIVING TO HIS HOUSE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE ENGINE WAS REPLACED, BUT THE ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR WAS STILL ILLUMINATED. ABELOFF NISSAN (LOCATED AT 3259 PA-611, BARTONSVILLE, PA 1832, (877) 608-0091) AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 134,000.
