THE HEADLIGHTS ON THIS VEHICLE ARE NOT BRIGHT ENOUGH TO SEE THE ROAD AT NIGHT OR IF IT RAINING! VERY DANGEROUS, MUST PULL OFF THE ROAD IF RAINING BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT SEE THE ROAD! NEEDS TO BE RECALLED IMMEDIATELY! HOW MANY PEOPLE NEED TO DIE BEFORE A RECALL HAPPENS?
