TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHILE TURNING LEFT FROM A STOP LIGHT, THE CONTROL ARM FRACTURED AND THE DRIVER'S SIDE FRONT WHEEL TURNED COMPLETELY TO THE LEFT. THE CONTACT PARKED THE VEHICLE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND HAD IT TOWED TO ELK GROVE DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP (LOCATED 8575 LAGUNA GROVE DR, ELK GROVE, CA 95757, (916) 405-2600). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 104,000.
