TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 NISSAN MURANO. WHILE DRIVING, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY LOST POWER AND FAILED TO ACCELERATE PROPERLY. THE FAILURE ALSO OCCURRED WHILE ACCELERATING FROM A STOP. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO STAR NISSAN (40-20 172ND ST, FLUSHING, NY) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS FAULTY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 67,000.
