Consumer Description

HAD THE CAR ABOUT 6 MONTHS, AND HAVE HALF A DOZEN SMALL ROCK CHIPS IN THE GLASS. HAD SAFELITE COME OUT TO REPAIR AND THEY SAID THEY ARE GETTING A TON OF THESE NEW ACCORDS IN FOR REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT BUT MY CHIPS WERE TOO SMALL TO REPAIR. GUESS I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO CRACK AND SPREAD AND GET A WHOLE NEW $1,000 WINDSHIELD. THIS GLASS SEEMS WAY TOO PRONE TO CHIPS AND CRACKING. OTHER OWNERS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR WINDSHIELD CRACKING WITH NO SIGNS OF VISIBLE DAMAGE.
