Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-350. WHILE DRIVING OVER A BUMP IN THE ROAD, THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED THE DEATH WOBBLE. THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE SHOOK UNCONTROLLABLY AND WOULD NOT STOP. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MOUNTAIN VIEW FORD (301 E 20TH ST, CHATTANOOGA, TN 37408, (423) 756-1331) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT A NEW TRACK BAR WAS NEEDED. THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TAKEN TO MARSHALL MIZE FORD (5348 TN-153, HIXSON, TN 37343, (423) 875-2023) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED A TRACK BAR. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE REPAIR FAILED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,000.
