TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 INFINITI QX60. WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, THE VEHICLE JERKED VIOLENTLY. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT COASTED THE VEHICLE TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND POWERED OFF THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO RIVERSIDE TOYOTA (LOCATED AT 131 US-411, ROME, GA 30161, (706) 291-2886) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED, BUT A FAILURE CODE COULD NOT BE LOCATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,070.
