TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CADILLAC SRX. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO SWITCH GEARS, THE VEHICLE JOLTED AND TOOK EXTRA TIME TO SHIFT INTO GEAR. ALSO, THE TRANSMISSION WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,191.
