TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN. WHILE DRIVING LOW SPEEDS, THE BRAKES FAILED. THE CONTACT HAD TO USE FORCE WHEN DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL TO STOP THE VEHICLE. ALSO, THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 200,000.
