TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN REVERSE, THE EMERGENCY BRAKE ENGAGED INDEPENDENTLY WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE CONTACT CALLED FREEDOM CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM BY ED MORSE (LOCATED AT 815 CAMP WISDOM RD, DUNCANVILLE, TX 75116, (972) 427-4019) WHERE AN APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85,703.
