TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE EMERGENCY BRAKE LIGHT SUDDENLY ILLUMINATED AND THE BRAKES ERRONEOUSLY ENGAGED AND CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO STOP MOVING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO EXHIBIT THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,000.
