Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD F-150. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE ENGINE SUDDENLY SHUT OFF AND WAS DIFFICULT TO RESTART. UPON INSPECTION, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE 20 AMP FUSE #27 HAD BURNED AND WAS MELTED. FRANKLIN FORD (175 EAST CENTRAL ST, FRANKLIN, MA) AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 106,300.
