Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHEVROLET MALIBU. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE DECELERATED IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC AND ALMOST CRASHED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE CHECK ENGINE AND TRACTION CONTROL WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED AND "ENGINE POWER REDUCED" APPEARED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO REEDMAN TOLL CHEVROLET (1700 LINCOLN HWY #101, LANGHORNE, PA 19047) WHERE IT WAS CURRENTLY BEING DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 48,000.
