Consumer Description

2017 PACIFICA CONTINUES AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO REPAIR TO DROP/SLIP OUT OF GEAR WHILE DRIVING WITH NO WARNING AND THEN SUDDENLY THRUSTS BACK INTO GEAR CAUSING THE ENTIRE CAR TO JERK FORWARD AS THOUGH WE HAVE BEEN HIT FROM BEHIND. THESE ISSUES HAPPEN UNDER 20MPH AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTROL WHAT IS HAPPENING. OUR NECKS ARE FORCED FORWARD AND THE SUDDEN SHOCK OF THE MOVEMENT FORWARD IS NOT POSSIBLE TO STOP. THE PROBLEM BEGAN IN DECEMBER OF 2017 AND AFTER 4-5 VISITS TO THE SERVICE I STILL HAVE NO RESOLUTION 2 YEARS LATER.
