TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 RAM 1500. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE STEERING WHEEL SUDDENLY FELT VERY LOOSE. THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO DRIFT OUT OF THE LANE AND BECAME DIFFICULT TO DRIVE IN A STRAIGHT LINE. CROWN CHRYSLER (511 S. LEE HWY, CLEVELAND, TN) WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 180,000.
