Consumer Description
RIGHT REAR WHEEL HUB NUT BACKED OFF DAMAGING HOUSING SPINDLE THREADS AND SLIGHTLY BENDING THE HOUSING. GM WILL NOT REPLACE HOUSING EVEN THOUGH IT APPEARS THAT A CRACK IS FORMING WHERE IT WAS STRESSED.THERE IS A RECALL FOR THIS PROBLEM BUT MY TRUCK IS NOT INVOLVED. GM WILL NOT CHECK THE LEFT SIDE LIKE THE RECALL SAYS SHOULD BE DONE ALSO.I BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A CRACK STARTING TO FORM AND COULD BE A PROBLEM WHILE DRIVING IN THE FUTURE.
