Consumer Description

BMW IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2005-2008 7-SERIES VEHICLES, EQUIPPED WITH THE COMFORT ACCESS OPTION. I HAVE CHECKED MY VIN # AND MY 2006 BMW 750LI IS NOT PART OF THIS RECALL, HOWEVER, I HAVE THIS EXACT PROBLEM IN MY CAR AND HAVE HAD THE CAR START TO ROLL ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS, AFTER BEING PLACED IN PARK. I MUST NOW USE THE PARKING BRAKE ON A REGULAR BASIS.
