AS I AM DRIVING COME TO A STOP. PROCEED IN MOTION MAKING A LEFT TURN OR RIGHT TURN VEHICLE WILL LOCK UP SLOWING DOWN WITH GRINDING. NOW THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES ON THE ROAD CAUSING TRAFFIC TO STOP.
