Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 KIA SOUL. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 2 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL MADE A CLUNKING SOUND. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ALOHA KIA (94-169 FARRINGTON HWY, WAIPHAU, HAWAII 96819) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING COLUMN FAILED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
