Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. AFTER THE CONTACT SHUT THE VEHICLE OFF AND LOCKED THE DOORS, THE DOORS RANDOMLY UNLOCKED. ON ONE OCCASION, AFTER LOCKING THE VEHICLE, THE REAR HATCH DOOR ERRONEOUSLY OPENED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURES WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4,000. *TT CONSUMER STATED THIS HAS HAPPENED ON SEVERAL OCCASION. FRONT AND BACK DOORS UNLOCKED.*JB
