Consumer Description

MY FRONT PASSENGERS HEADREST DEPLOYED WITHOUT BEING IN A ACCIDENT. NOT REALLY SURE ON THE DATE, SOMETIME IN 2017. I REPORTED IT TO MY CAR DEALER ON 8/17/17. I HAVE CALLED CHRYSLER MANY TIMES. THEY FINALLY OKAYED FIRE BOSCH CRASH DATA RETRIEAL TOOL WHICH WAS DONE ON 10/22/18 AT 2:30 PM AT BILL BRYAN IN THE PARKING LOT. IT SHOWED NO ACCIDENTS. I WAS TOLD THAT AN EMAIL WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN SENT TO THE SERVICE MANGER, WHICH HE SAID HE DIDN'T RECEIVE. I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES AND KEEP GETTING THE RUNAROUND . I WASN'T IN THE CAR WHEN IT HAPPENED. MY COMPLAINT #51413030. WOLBERT J WAS THE ONE WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO SEND OUT THE EMAIL TO REPACE IT.
