Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 BUICK REGAL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLIES KEPT FILLING UP WITH WATER, WHICH CAUSED THE BULBS TO SHORT OUT. STOOPS BUICK GMC (1251 QUAKER BLVD, PLAINFIELD, IN 46168, (317) 839-7771) REPLACED THE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLIES THREE TIMES. THE MOST RECENT REPLACEMENT WAS LAST WEEK. THE DEALER HAD NOT REVEALED HOW THE WATER WAS ENTERING INTO THE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLIES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000.
