FUEL OVERFLOWS WHILE FILLING TANK REGARDLESS OF REFUELING RATE, AMBIENT TEMPERATURE, OR SERVICE STATION. THIS HAPPENS NEARLY EVERY REFUEL CAUSING AN ENVIRONMENTAL MESS AND WASTING MONEY.
