Consumer Description

CARBON MONOXIDE INSIDE THE CAR IS WAY TOO HIGH WITH THE EGR COOLER LEAKING ISSUE NOT BEING FIXED YET. IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS NOW AND THE AIR QUALITY INSIDE THE CAR IS SOO BAD THAT I AM GETTING HEADACHE FROM THE SOOT AND CO GAS COMING OUT OF AC VENT. I DID A SERVICE TODAY AND EVEN AFTER REPLACING THE MICROFILTER AND ANOTHER FILTER, THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS. THE DEGRADED AIR QUALITY CONTAINS HAZARDOUS GAS AND CAN CAUSE DIZZINESS WHICH COULD LEAD TO FATAL ACCIDENTS AT HIGHER SPEED. I KINDLY REQUEST THAT BMW REPURCHASE THIS VEHICLE FROM ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, BEFORE I COULD GET INTO ANY SORT OF ACCIDENT. THE EGR COOLER ISSUE COULD ALSO LEAD TO CAR FIRE (WHICH IS DEFINITELY SOMETHING I DON'T WANT TO HAPPEN.) THANK YOU.
