Consumer Description

TL* THE CONSUMER OWNS A 2005 NISSAN MURANO. ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS, WHILE DRIVING, SEVERAL UNKNOWN WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESPOND. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO BE DIAGNOSED, WHICH WAS STILL PENDING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 05V319000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 125,000. *DT*JB
