TAKATA AIR BAG RECALL NOTICE DATED NOV 2018 NEEDS REPLACING BUT I HAVE BE UNSUCCESSFUL THUS FAR. SPRINGFIELD FORD IS WHERE I SERVICE MY VEHICLE. THEY COMPLETED ONE RECALL ON MY GAS TANK AND STATED THEY'D CALL ME WHEN THE AIR BAG PART WAS RECEIVED. I CONTACTED THEM BY PHONE MANY TIMES BUT WAS TOLD THE PART ISN'T IN YET. I RESIDE IN THE (XXXX) ZIP CODE AND NEED ASSISTANCE PLEASE. PARTS OF THIS DOCUMENT HAVE BEEN REDACTED TO PROTECT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
