TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FUSION. WHILE DRIVING, THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE WHERE IT DISPLAYED CODE: P0455 (EVAP SYSTEM LEAK DETECTED). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MARSHAL MIZE FORD (LOCATED AT 5348 TN-153, HIXSON, TN 37343, (423) 875-2023), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V793000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE); HOWEVER, THE REPAIR DID NOT CORRECT THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 200,000.
