TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 JEEP COMPASS. WHEN THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO AUTONATION TOYOTA FORT MYERS (2555 COLONIAL BLVD, FORT MYERS, FL 33907, (239) 321-5413) FOR ENGINE REPAIRS, HE WAS INFORMED THAT THE REAR SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED DUE TO CORROSION. THE CROSSMEMBER WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000. *TR
