TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 BUICK ENCLAVE. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE SHOOK ABRUPTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SOECHTING MOTORS (603 KINGSBURY ST, SEGUIN, TX 78155, 830-303-4546) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 92,000. *BF THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED ON JAN 2019. *TR
