Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD EXPLORER. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS BEING DRIVEN, THERE WAS AN INTENSE ODOR OF FUMES INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WINDOWS HAD TO BE ROLLED DOWN IN ORDER TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO PUENTE HILLS FORD (17340 GALES AVENUE, CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA 91748) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
