Consumer Description

I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM A RAM DEALER ON JANUARY 2, 2019. SINCE THEN, I HAVE EXPERIENCED 3 INSTANCES OF WHERE I PUT THE VEHICLE IN D (DRIVE) AND THE VEHICLE WILL NOT MOVE. I RETURNED TO P (PARK) AND THEN BACK TO D, AND IT STILL WON'T MOVE. I TURN THE VEHICLE OFF AND BACK ON, AND THEN PROCEED TO PUT IT IN D, AND SOMETIMES IT WILL THEN MOVE. IN ALL CASES, I WAS ON FLAT PAVEMENT / BLACK TOP. I HAVE READ TRUCK FORUMS VIEWED YOUTUBE VIDEOS, AND SEVERAL OTHER FOLKS APPEAR TO BE EXPERIENCING THE SAME ISSUE.
