Consumer Description

MY HUSBAND WAS BACKING OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY AND WENT TO TURN ON THE ROAD WHEN HE REALIZED HIS STEERING WHEEL WOULD NOT TURN, AND SEVERAL LIGHTS CAME ON THE DASH. HE SLOWLY GUIDED THE CAR BACK IN TO THE DRIVEWAY SO THAT HE COULD SAFELY LOOK UNDER THE HOOD. MY HUSBAND DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY AND RECONNECTED IT AND THE STEERING SEEMS FINE. AFTER LOOKING ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT FORUMS I REALIZED THAT THERE IS A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST FORD FOR THIS SAME ISSUE. WILL THIS EVER BE ON A RECALL OR DOES SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE TO LOSE THEIR LIFE BEFORE THE RECALL HAPPENS?
