Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FUSION. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS UNDERGOING A ROUTINE TIRE CHECK BY BILL KAY FORD (14633 SOUTH CICERO AVE, MIDLOTHIAN, IL 60445), THE MECHANIC NOTICED THAT THE LUG NUTS WERE SWOLLEN. THE DEALER PERFORMED A DIAGNOSTIC TEST AND CONFIRMED THAT THE LUG NUTS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE, BUT DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 78,000. *TT*JB CONSUMER STATED DEALER DID NOT FINISHED SERVICING THE VEHICLE SAFETY AND BRAKE INSPECTION.*JB
