Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 RAM 1500. WHEN THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO CHECK THE TRANSMISSION FLUID, THERE WAS NO DIPSTICK PRESENT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION HESITATED WHEN SWITCHING FROM TWO TO FOUR WHEEL DRIVE. THE GEAR WOULD SHIFT ROUGHLY INTO ANOTHER GEAR. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4,200. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
