TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD FOCUS. IN DECEMBER OF 2018, THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO AN UNKNOWN DEALER TO BE REPAIRED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V735000 (ENGINE); HOWEVER, THE REPAIR DID NOT CORRECT THE FAILURE. WHEN THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO START THE ENGINE, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 76,000.
